Simala Shrine

Monastery of the Holy Eucharist or shortly known as Simala is a place for pilgrims. A site devoted to worship. A spot that connects you to HIM and HIM to you.

One sunny day of November 30; my feet lead me to Marian Hills, Lindogon, Simala, Sibonga. Approximately, an hour and 1/2 ride from downtown Cebu.

DO's:

2. Go for a comfy attire yet decent.
3. Bring a bottle of water with you as the heat can dehydrate you.

DON'T:

1. Never attempt to wear a sleeveless, mini-skirts, and slippers.
2. Minimize noise.

***How to get there from the city
-----> Go to Citilink. Ride a v-hire (van for hire) and you'll easily be transported at the entrance of the pilgrim site.
-----> On your way down; ride a motorcycle or tricycle. At the drop off area, you can either choose a mini-bus, a bus, or a v-hire.
